These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online store of:

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through our online store by consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside their trade, business or profession.

We currently sell exclusively to consumers (B2C).

2. Products

Serinasolis sells jewellery, accessories and related products.

The presentation of products in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

Product images are intended to represent our products as accurately as possible. Minor variations in appearance, colour, surface, finish or other characteristics may occur due to lighting, screen settings, manufacturing processes or the individual characteristics of a product.

3. Orders and Conclusion of Contract

Customers can select products and add them to their shopping cart.

Before submitting an order, customers have the opportunity to review and correct their order information.

By clicking the final order button indicating that the order entails an obligation to pay, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the products contained in the order.

After an order has been submitted, the customer will receive an electronic confirmation of receipt.

A purchase contract is concluded when we expressly accept the order or dispatch the ordered goods, depending on which occurs first.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where legally permissible, including in cases of obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud or inability to supply the ordered product. Any payment already received for a cancelled order will be refunded.

4. Prices and Payment

The prices displayed in our online store at the time the order is placed apply.

Serinasolis currently applies the German small-business VAT exemption pursuant to Section 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG), insofar as the legal requirements are fulfilled. German VAT is therefore not separately shown for transactions covered by this exemption.

Any applicable shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process.

For international orders, customs duties, import VAT, taxes, handling fees or other charges may be imposed by the destination country. Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, such charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Payment processing may be carried out by third-party payment providers subject to their respective terms.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer international shipping to the destinations made available during checkout.

Available shipping methods, shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during the ordering process where applicable.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, additional costs for reshipping may be charged to the customer where legally permissible.

International shipments may be subject to customs procedures and delays outside our reasonable control.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers who are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal may withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

For contracts concerning the delivery of goods, the withdrawal period generally begins when the customer, or a third party designated by the customer who is not the carrier, receives the goods, subject to the applicable statutory provisions.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us of the decision to withdraw by means of a clear statement.

Where required by applicable law, customers may also exercise their right of withdrawal through the electronic withdrawal function provided on our online store.

It is sufficient for the customer to send the withdrawal notification before the withdrawal period has expired.

7. Consequences of Withdrawal

If a customer validly withdraws from the contract, we will reimburse payments received from the customer, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, in accordance with applicable law.

Additional delivery costs resulting from the customer's choice of a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery method are not refundable to the extent permitted by law.

Refunds will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or the customer has provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.

The goods must be returned without undue delay and in any event within the statutory period following the customer's declaration of withdrawal.

The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods, provided the customer has been properly informed of this obligation.

Customers may be responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, in accordance with applicable law.

8. Returns

Returns should be securely packaged to prevent damage during transport.

This section does not restrict any statutory rights of withdrawal, warranty rights or other mandatory consumer rights.

9. Defective or Incorrect Products

Statutory warranty rights apply.

If a product arrives defective, damaged or materially different from the product ordered, customers should contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide their order details and, where helpful, photographs showing the issue.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes mandatory statutory rights relating to defective goods.

10. Product Care and Natural Wear

Jewellery may naturally show signs of wear over time depending on use, storage, exposure to moisture, cosmetics, chemicals and other environmental factors.

Customers should follow any care instructions supplied with the product or made available on our website.

Normal wear and tear does not by itself constitute a defect where the product otherwise complies with the applicable legal requirements.

11. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.

12. Intellectual Property

All content made available through the Serinasolis online store, including photographs, product designs, graphics, logos, text, branding and other creative materials, may be protected by intellectual property rights.

Such content may not be reproduced, distributed, commercially exploited or otherwise used without permission where such use would infringe our rights or the rights of third parties.

13. Liability

Our liability is governed by applicable statutory law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, particularly liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or liability under mandatory product liability provisions.

14. International Orders

Customers placing orders from outside Germany are responsible for ensuring that the products may lawfully be imported into and delivered to their destination.

Additional customs duties, import taxes and similar governmental charges may apply.

Mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the customer's country of residence remain unaffected where they cannot legally be excluded by agreement.

15. Governing Law

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

For consumers, this choice of law does not deprive them of mandatory consumer protection afforded by the law of the country in which they have their habitual residence where such protection is applicable.

16. Dispute Resolution

Information regarding consumer dispute resolution and our participation or non-participation in dispute resolution proceedings will be provided in accordance with the legal requirements applicable to Serinasolis.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

The version applicable to an order is generally the version made available to the customer at the time the order is placed.
